How do you handle pricing?

In home support: $150/hour

Remote support: $99/hour

I charge in 15 minute increments so if a problem can be solved quickly, you only pay for the time used. No contracts and no upselling.

Do you charge for travel time?

Travel time is calculated from my home in Middleburg. I charge for no more than 20 minutes of travel, regardless of actual drive time at $1 per minute.
